• Your vehicle will be replaced with a new vehicle if your vehicle was purchased new or as a demonstrator model by you and becomes a total loss within 2 years of the starting date of the original registration
• Hire car for up to 14 days following the theft of your vehicle
• Option to protect Rating 1 no claims bonus for the first claim in any one period of insurance
• Option of one excess free windscreen or window glass claim in any one period of insurance
• Emergency accommodation cover when you suffer a covered loss and you are more than 200 kilometres from your home up to a maximum amount of $400
• Personal effects cover up to a maximum amount of $500
• Transport to return you home or to collect your vehicle when it is repaired up to a maximum amount of $400

If you need to make a claim, simply contact the Alphera Insurance Customer Service Centre. Our friendly, experienced staff will ensure your claim is handled quickly and efficiently and have you back on the road with minimum of fuss.
