How do I update my personal details?

To update your details, you can use the self-servicing portal My ALPHERA Account. Alternatively, you may contact us from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (AEST) Monday to Friday on 133 269 or via infoalphera@bmwfinance.com.au.

What types of vehicles are eligible for finance?

BMW Group Financial Services provide finance for BMW and MINI vehicles. Click here to find out more about BMW Finance and here to find out more about MINI Finance.

Can I change my instalment date?

You are welcome to advance the instalment date or make instalments more frequently. However, if you wish to defer your payment to a later date, your finance agreement must be in advance, otherwise your account may fall into arrears. To action this, please contact us from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (AEST) Monday to Friday on 133 269 or via infoalphera@bmwfinance.com.au.

What happens if I am unable to meet my repayments?

Anyone can experience financial difficulties and in the unfortunate event this happens to you, we want you to know we have a dedicated Hardship Team to support you.
If you are experiencing financial hardship, we will genuinely consider your personal circumstances and assess your financial position to find the best resolution to help you overcome this difficult time.
We may however require additional information or supporting documentation such as a medical certificate, letter from your employer, a Centrelink statement, payslips or bank statements.

If I reach the end of my finance agreement and I have my residual value or final payment due, what are my options?

If you have a lump sum due at the end of your finance agreement, you have the options to settle your finance agreement in full or refinance with another provider. Please give us a call from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (AEST) Monday to Friday on 133 269 to discuss your decision so we can provide you help along the way.
